If you're not happy with ShredFinder, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions.

Free trial

If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged at all.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us through the app and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime so future renewals stop. More details are in Paddle's Refund Policy.
